This notice explains how information is handled when you use the GCC Executive Espresso website or contact the podcast team.

Information you choose to provide

The guest-interest form collects the information shown on the form, including your name, role, organisation, email address, chosen discussion theme and relevant experience. You may also choose to provide a LinkedIn profile and phone number.

How submitted information is used

Submitted information is used to acknowledge your interest, give you context for the selected theme, review your proposed perspective, respond to you, and decide whether a no-obligation preparation conversation would be useful. Expressing interest does not create an obligation to participate or grant recording, quotation, clip or publication permission.

Sharing and retention

Each guest-interest submission is delivered to Rajiv Upadhyay and Neelesh Singh in the shared podcast intake workflow and may be reviewed by people directly supporting the podcast. It is not sold. Submission records and related email correspondence may be retained for as long as reasonably needed to manage the conversation and related records.

Form processing

The form is processed by FormSubmit, a third-party form delivery service, which transmits the submission to the hosts and sends the automated acknowledgement to the address you provide. Do not submit confidential, employer-restricted or sensitive personal information through the form.

Cookies and analytics

This version of the website does not intentionally set marketing cookies or use visitor-level analytics. The hosting provider may process limited technical data required to deliver and secure the website.

Links to LinkedIn and other external services are governed by those services’ own privacy practices. You choose whether to follow those links.

Your choices

You may choose not to submit information, ask what information is held about you, request a correction, or ask for deletion where applicable by emailing rajiv@gravitaslpi.com.
